Shipping policy

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. 

Order Processing (Handling Time) Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery (Transit Time) Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your location within the UK.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, and match the rates shown on our product and cart pages.

Customs & Import Charges Orders are fulfilled from a supplier location outside the United Kingdom and the European Union. As a result, your order may be subject to customs processing, import duties, or taxes charged by UK customs on arrival. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. We are not able to predict what these charges may be, as they vary by carrier and shipment value.
